  1. *$350 million for the ballroom as per Trump’s latest estimate.

  2. I’m pretty sure the budget is balanced now that they got rid of PBS and NPR.

    (Do I need the /s?)

  3. $170,000M, $117,000M and $40,000M seem like bigger numbers. It should be written like this when comparing to millions. Cropping it with a B takes away some of the sting.

  4. We should normalize displaying a billion dollars as $1,000 Million to show how crazy some of these numbers really are.

  5. And yet there will still be people that vote for republicans because they make them feel good about being bigots.

  6. The GOP couldn’t care less about the budget. It’s a ‘liberal’, ‘socialist’ program that helps the poor therefor they believe its evil.

  7. $1T lost legally owed revenue over the next decade from hobbling the IRS with staff cuts

$26B lost funding from illegal withholdings of congressional appropriations

$400M for a hand-me-down golden Lolita express, et cetera, eat shit GOP.

$45M for a pathetic tank parade

    Et cetera, eat shit republicunts

  8. SNAP is $90 billion dollars per year, though; it’d be pretty high up on this list.

It’s not exactly cheap to run.

That’s fine, we should be spending MORE, but this argument feels weak because SNAP really is a large budgetary item.

  9. A maga supporter will look at this meme and agree that food stamps are the problem.

  10. Supporters of kleptocracy also love hypocritically quoting Thatcher’s famous line: “*the problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money.*”
