  1. This is obvious from the start. That’s why they are so desperate. Even though EU and Constitutional Courts have Pimpslapped those things down at every attempt.

  4. Explains all the CCTV and face recognition as well. The EU is adopting China’s policies on population control but trying to do it on the quiet.

  8. Why is the Danish government so insistent on it?

    Are the Danish so obsessed with “fighting against child porn” or something and trust that they will never have a government with nefarious internet which will use having access to chats for other reasons?

    Sweden too, Spain and some of the other countries who support it, it’s mind-boggling.

    They obviously think it’s not *that* unpopular if they believe they can support it and get away with it.
