2. I’m saddened by this news but not surprised.

   I think people grossly under estimate the scale of organised crime in London, including sex trafficking.

He claims that the London river police was the first police force ever created and then said that the reason we use the term bail and bailiff is because it originally referred to bailing out water from boats.
