Quoting the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, Araghchi stated: “In the face of complex enemy aggression, civil defense must remain vigilant and serious.”
He described Civil Defense Week as a valuable opportunity to underscore the significance of proactive measures aimed at improving safety, resilience, and immunity across national systems. “This approach focuses on resistance against unjust pressures and sanctions, and on reducing vulnerabilities and potential damage,” he said.
Araghchi reiterated that the foreign ministry is committed to advancing this strategy through political and diplomatic defense mechanisms to protect Iran’s national interests.
He concluded by extending his congratulations to all civil defense professionals and colleagues, and prayed for their continued success in serving the nation and strengthening its security and stability.
