2. Such is life. The dog will bark, and the caravan will go on regardless.

   The age old law of geopolitics: It is only good when it doesn’t happen to me.

   Unfortunately Putin is an asshole who doesn’t give a fuck about the people of this world. Otherwise we would do it again.

3. Can confirm. I think it’s the third time this month that the balloons shut down our airport. Tens of thousands of people missing their flights.
   Now we closed off the border and Belorussians won’t be able to shop in our Ikea.

4. In respect to Lithuanian airspace and the related economy, it is severe any time an airspace closes down it’s millions+++ amounts, potentially in diverted economic resources and trade. It is reasonable to shoot these down. Hybrid warfare in this type is especially effective at hurting economies of countries all over Europe.

   Nato problem? No. Unfortunately we have moved into a world where one side refuses to accept the status quo to work with the west, and opposing hegemonies (India and China) attempt to support to gain a stronger foothold. I think it should be a key Lithuanian and Russian diplomatic problem.

5. Imagine funding weapons to kill Russians and whining about an airport shutdown as an “escalation”, just because Russia has so far refrained from retaliating in kind.

   Technically correct, the best kind of correct?

   “How dare you disrupt my vacations? All I did was kill your people?!”

   Western hypocrisy and Karenism knows no bounds.
