Is it possible Mike really doesn’t know the Republicans are in charge? I mean, it would explain why he’s so absolutely wrong nearly every time he opens his mouth (because he’s clueless at least or just a complete imbecile).
It’s always astounding to me how, even when they have all the power, and the policies they specifically (and overwhelmingly) voted for are what is hurting real people – nothing is literally ever their fault.

Also, if you say that you can’t unilaterally decide on government spending, than perhaps you need to negotiate to pull some democrats to your side. Life is all about compromise but the GOP will have none of that.
