Latvian carrier airBaltic is expanding its offerings for the upcoming winter season, with over 90 direct routes available from October 2025 through March 2026. Travelers can explore a variety of destinations, from sunny holiday spots and popular ski resorts to vibrant city breaks. Additionally, the airline’s network is designed to maintain robust connectivity, catering to the needs of business passengers as well.
Mantas Vrubliauskas, VP Network Management at airBaltic: “As Latvia’s national airline, our mission remains to provide strong and reliable connectivity for Latvia and the entire Baltic region. This winter season, we are further expanding our network from the Baltics by adding new destinations and increasing frequency on several existing routes. These enhancements will offer even greater flexibility for both leisure and business travelers, while further strengthening RIX Riga Airport’s position as the leading air hub in the Baltics.”
As the winter season approaches, airBaltic is gearing up to welcome travelers with its highly anticipated Ticket Rush 2026 sale, one of the airline’s biggest promotions of the year. Starting today and running until November 16, 2025, this limited-time sale offers passengers the chance to secure low fares for flights scheduled between November 24, 2025, and September 30, 2026, to over 80 destinations in airBaltic’s extensive network. It’s the perfect opportunity for those looking to plan their trips in advance.
In addition to this exciting offer, airBaltic is set to launch four new routes for the winter season. These include flights from Riga (Latvia) to Faro (Portugal), Tallinn (Estonia) to Madeira (Portugal), and Gran Canaria (Spain) to both Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Molde (Norway).
The airline is also expanding its services to Amsterdam, increasing flight frequencies across all three Baltic capitals. From Riga, airBaltic will offer 19 weekly flights, while Tallinn and Vilnius (Lithuania) will each have 14 weekly connections. airBaltic is also bolstering its Dubai route, with six weekly flights from Riga and three from Vilnius.
For travelers looking for continuity, airBaltic will extend three of its popular summer routes into the winter season. Flights from Riga to Pisa (Italy) and Porto (Portugal) will continue through November. Meanwhile, flights from Riga to Catania (Italy) will begin earlier than usual, at the end of February 2026. In response to increased demand, services to Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada (both in Egypt) will be ramped up to three weekly flights each, and airBaltic will resume its Riga-Dublin (Ireland) service with two weekly connections.
