Possible to reverse lookup these numbers calling me, or get more information on them? I know (+49)1590 indicates Handynummer-O2, but don’t know anymore. Numbers also seem so short after the 02 carrier code? Only 5 digits?

No. It’s spam using a scrambler. You won’t find out who really is calling.
Additionally the idea that a certain number indicates a carrier died when we were allowed to keep our cellphone number when switching carrier.
Those numbers look like scammers’ fake numbers to me.
