Devolution= sepratism have we learned nothing from scotland
Financial independence is an all or nothing sort of a thing. If Wales wants to manage assets it has to manage debt and deal with its own deficit.
This is THE core problem with devolution at the moment: you can’t really be in charge unless you set your own budget. And if you set your own budget you have to (mostly) balance it, you can’t rely on Westminster for cash then refuse them a say in how it’s spent…
