I mean I approve of everything in this video. This is an anti-Volvo in the most positive way. If the high beam is the get-out-of-my-way-button, what is the name for the horn I wonder? Eat-old-spaghetti?
That’s the way Italians are. Half of the things they do make no sense or doesn’t work, but when it does, it’s a delightful surprise and everything has more soul because of it. The stuff they make is almost never just a thing, it has a life.
After 15 years in Rome, I’ve almost learned not to get angry at the people parking in the second lane…
One of the most fun cars I’ve ever driven, for sure. Had a habit of spouting flames from the exhaust, which was hilariously replicable. Cue many Saturday nights cruising around town, teasing Golf GTI drivers. Then slow down, let them catch up, make them think they had a chance and… kaboooooooom. Ah, youth of today doesn’t know what they’re missing.
´This here… isn´t useful. At all. But I like the sexy looks of it. And you know, we did it because we could´.
