Jamaica has gone through what I can call one of its worst period. Almost every parish is experiencing block road, fallen trees, utility poles and excess flooding in many communities.
On Tuesday, hurricane Melissa ripped a path of destruction across Jamaica, which authorities have designated a “disaster area.” It is now grinding across Cuba, after downgrading from a Category 5 to a Category 2 storm.
