We should rather make sure that they stop harrassing Georgia instead of building another deficient railway nobody wants to use. ÖBB is a huge money grave already anyway. Lots of unused connections, but often not even connections between the state capitals (Graz-Klagenfurt only accessible by long-distance bus, Graz-Vienna slower than by long-distance bus and Klagenfurt-Vienna only via Graz/Upper Styria)
