  5. Amazing. About time people started appreciating kebabs. People still associate kebabs with Abbra, luckily we’ve come a long way in the last few years. Some amazing places have opened in Dublin. That plate looks as good as anything you’d get in a restaurant

    I make kebabs from scratch a few times a year and I love to try out different kebab flatbreads. For Persian style (like Zaytoon in Dublin) taffoon bread is what they use and then for German style doner kebabs pide bread is the go to. Some of the Moldovan stores sell pide in big pizza sized breads but its not hard to make either.
