  2. Here’s some more good news: According to today’s Ukrainska Pravda, Veniamin Mazzherin, a Russian lieutenant colonel who was involved in war crimes in Kyiv Oblast in 2022, has been killed in Russia. Mazzherin served in OMON, the Russian National Guard’s riot control units.
