I bought my girlfriend a musical snow globe from there about 9 years ago. We’re getting married next month!

Absolute marketing genius
Still going strong too, they just moved to Dun Laoghaire. There beside Bakers Corner now

About 18 years ago we had family in from Canada, my dad’s cousins, and their Mother wanted a Celtic cross door knocker brought back. So after doing the Guinness storehouse we met up with my Father who worked on Molesworth St, and we went in to Knobs & Knockers looking for this Celtic cross knocker for Ethel. They told us that unfortunately they were out of stock but they were getting a shipment in that afternoon, and we should call back to check.
Couple of hours later we’re sitting in Bewleys on Grafton St having a coffee, when my Father says he’ll ring the shop and they can see if they have them, so the Canadian cousin takes the phone once it’s ringing and says “hello, I believe you were to get a shipment of knockers today and I just wanted to check in about them”. Cue a spit take from my Father, the cousin unable to breathe from laughing, and her daughter who is maybe 7 years old crying because she doesn’t understand what’s so funny any why everyone is laughing. Truly one of my fondest memories.
What is there now ?
I loved that movie
Ive walked past that a thousand times and it never occurred to me.
I always wanted to open a bag shop near there and call it “Gee Bags”
