  1. Austria even sent them Arnold Schwarzenegger, can’t say we didn’t try our best to teach them.

  2. Bottom pic repairs cost: same as rebuilding the house from top picture.

  3. At this point I would just rebuild the wall but leave the rock. It’s a feature now

  4. 10 tons massive rock damaged by an Austrian house*

  5. I was gonna ask how a 10T massive rock ended up there… but then I read it’s Austria, so now I’m afraid to ask.

  6. Don’t ask what’s in the basement of the austrian house

  7. House built with brick and mortar stronger than house manufactured in a warehouse with plastic and balsa wood.

    Groundbreaking stuff.

  8. Oh humm. Drywall. Yeaaaahh those ridiculous yanks.

  9. “ Approximately 54.3% to 55% of Austrians own a home, placing Austria as one of the countries with the lowest homeownership rates in Europe. ”

Had to google this several times because it kept autocorrecting to Australia.

  10. That is due to the reinforced sound proofed basements in every Austrian house, makes good foundations

  11. Just hope there is no damage to the foundation and basement

  12. Another reason we’re “poorer” than Misspeepee on this side of the pond, no unnecessary inflation of profits on hardware stores, middlemen and contractors rebuilding everything every 6 months with cardboard walls filled with torn paper pieces

  13. Good thing most of the residents were in the basement so nobody was hurt.
