I am looking to add egg whites into my diet. I dont like the idea of wasting the yolk and so these egg whites seem to be the only options. Any reviews about these products? People I know usually give the yolks to their dogs, and I don’t have pets.

  1. Both are ok, didnt have issue with any. Just a white, nothing else. 😀 i add them either in as extra white to eggs, omelettes, pancakes…

  2. Go to Aligros, you can get 1kg of liquid egg whites for 7.40. Unless you don’t want to eat that much within a few days…

  3. I haven’t used these but I used to get pure egg whites at Trader Joe’s in California. If it is indeed 100% egg whites, you should be fine. Just remember it doesn’t taste like much.

  4. Funny that the „Natural“ one contains more Protein than the „High-Protein“.

  5. I haven’t tried the second one, but the first one is perfectly fine. I prefer the ones I can get from the chiller cabinet in E.LeClerc, but no guarantee that you have access to those.

  6. I wonder where the yolks go in the production of these because I’ve never seen yolks being sold separately.
