EBT SHUTDOWN
Breaking news. Walmart has made a major decision ahead of the expected SNAP benefit chaos. Starting November 1st, all Walmart stores will close their doors to in-person shoppers. Only employees will be allowed inside while customers will have to shop online or use curbside pickup. Yeah. So, that’s absolutely cap. This is again one of those scenarios where people are trying to fearmonger on the internet and get people all riled up. However, there are a lot of people crashing out on social media saying if they’re not going to get free anymore that they are going to start stealing. If that does become a rampant issue, we could actually see these stores start to shut down to instore shopping. What do you all think about this? Let me know down in the comments.

Presumably they mean they're going to start actually eating the things they're stealing now not just sell them.

i say shut em down. this all needs to hurt, especially those whove free loaded for to long. im personally tired of having to be around overweight and colored people and other low hanging fruit. close em down

Everybody on SNAP will be fine. People need to get a grip. Who isn't fine are federal employees who haven't been paid in over a month. For instance, I have a friend who is a guard at a federal penitentiary. How do you think he feels having to cover shifts and put themselves in more danger because of these shutdowns? This isn't his first rodeo with working without pay. However, it makes each guard far more vulnerable than on a regular day.
I really really really hope that every smooth brain m0r0n saying they're gonna steal actually follows through instead of just running their mouths they'd get all the free $hit they want….. In jail
I got no problem with curbside pickup 😊 my husband would probably be happy. My local foodbazaar has many aisles (each aisle) with a different ethnic groups food 😍 love going one by one and trying different snacks, so my grocery bill is a bit higher than usual since this supermarket opened BUT that's a great problem for us cause kids & I get to try many new foods
1st all we heard was “No Kings” now when SNAP gets removed they want the King to provide for them. Sorry can’t have it both ways make a choice.
Thank you for not making it a racial issue like every other channel I see talking about this. Call me what you want but channels that constantly bash or claim issues belong to one group are the reason I’ve been leaning less to the right lately.

Any store that gets looted should simply be closed. Sell off the property if possible. If not, donate it to the city and take the writeoff. Go do business in nicer places. What's idiotic is corporations that cleanup and restock locations that were looted, and then they get looted again. Rinse and repeat. If the fat slobs don't like living in food deserts (of their own creation), they might learn to not do that sh*t. In any case, if the people (and lack of law enforcement) loots a store once, that should be it. Zero tolerance. No second chances.

"We will continue to be open for business," the statement said.
It's unclear exactly what the social media videos were based on, as they did not point to any reports to back up those claims.
Try that in my small town. If riots start here the police are gonna let the citizens handle it because most of us are farmers and most of us carry guns and don't put up woth crap.

People still in store shop? I always just do online and pick it up, saves me 2 hours.
Walmart already closed numerous stores due to theft. I believe it was in San Francisco.
There are drug stores that closed their doors too!
I was driving tractor trailer in 2020 when all the looting and riots were going on. I had to deliver to an Amazon in Philly. I had not been to this particular wearhouse. They removed the signs from the place because they didnt want the looters to come there.

We need to cut off government assistance to people who break the law like that. I’m not talking to a speeding ticket. I’m talking theft, assault, etc. Cut off all benefits.
