10. These attacks work completely differently than Russian attacks on Ukraine’s electricity grid. In Ukraine, they only harden the population’s resolve and hate for the invaders, while in Russia it weakens the regime and increases the population’s anger about the “Special Military Operation”. The war has come to them and they no longer trust Putin’s ability to keep them safe as he promised.
