In several regions of Ukraine as of the morning of October 31, new power outages have been recorded due to drone attacks by Russia on energy facilities. Also today there are around-the-clock outage schedules for residential customers and industry. This is officially confirmed by Ukrenergo’s press service. Emergency and restoration work is currently underway in all regions that were hit. Due to the difficult situation in the energy system, caused by three massive missile-and-drone attacks over the course of a month, nationwide electricity consumption restrictions have been introduced.
Over the course of the day, hourly outages will occur at load-shedding levels from 0.5 to 3. Also across the entire territory of Ukraine, power-restriction schedules for industrial customers are in effect.
