  1. Thought the location is interesting since its right next to known Russian presence in the city. Seems like they landed just a few hundred meters away, and theres was a lot of talk about Ukraine bringing in a lot of reinforcements there this week to counter-attack. Didnt expect to see them bringing Helicopters that close to the front though

  5. Just saw this-pretty amazing footage. 1/3 UH-60s they have, imagine this is daringly close to the zero line. These are likely the the best special forces guys in the UA military.

    Haven’t followed Pokrovsk super closely. Are these guys actually trying to spear a counter offensive to take back significant part of the city? Or just opening up space for existing guys to get out safely?

  6. I read on another sub these troops were deployed to retake control of logistic lines. Does anybody know how this is possible ? I mean how does having soldiers there help keep the road clear when there’s so many drones in the sky ? I dno if it’s wise putting more troops in I think it’s best time they leave. I’m pro Ukraine btw but I’m just curious 🇺🇦

  9. Never in a million years did I think black hawks and strikers would be used directly against Russian forces like a scene straight out of MW2.

  12. Ukraines use of special forces in general war without just relegating em to grunts is a work of art.

  14. I’m no expert and I might be misremembering but back in Avdiivka didn’t they use special forces to stabilize the front while retreating? I actually hope it is because to my untrained eye pokrovsk looks really bad. I personally think they should fall back to more favorable positions.
