I lived for 25 years in Pearse house, the sheer amount of mould in both the flats was disgusting, eventually found ways to keep it clean but for years they’d just say it was condensation from so many people living there. Some neighbours took them to court but I wasn’t gonna do that shit. They came out and worked on the flats with corners only and left the rest to rot.
Hah, that headline.. The payment was for €30.000, but the tenants owed €19.000 in rent arrears.
The judge ordered that the rent arrears come out of the award.
