Vitaliy Dadarko won a silver at the European Weightlifting Championships for juniors and youth, held in Albania.

In the 79 kg weight category for athletes up to 20 years old, he finished second in the snatch with a result of 174 kg.
In the clean and jerk he finished seventh with 152 kg, and in the total he posted 326 kg, which earned him fourth place in the standings.
The European U20/U23 Championships will run until November 4.
