    Why on earth would we need to prove that the people on board are actually drug smugglers, and that the boat, is in fact, smuggling drugs.

    Are you trying to tell me we cant just kill random, possibly innocent humans just to push the false rhetoric that borders need closed to prevent the flow of drugs into this country despite all the evidence showing otherwise!
