You can drop the bag somewhere along the path to pick it up on the way back that you won’t be taking, though.

But if you go with a horse and he shits a 10 kg pile,that is ok to leave in the middle of way…
The photo on the sign is funny and unusual, but I see signs like this all over the place in the U.S.
Now the real question is whether or not it’s okay to dispose of the bags in your neighbors’ garbage cans. Some people seem to be very territorial about that.
