Not a single brain cell between them

  1. Reform voters “They are the minority but why are so many stabbing dog walkers and people on trains? “

  2. Left wing here but I agree minorities in Britain are wayyy over-represented in adverts for TV and online. Watch an ad break here and you will see more black women than white men. If you live in a small town in say Scotland the people will be over 99% white locals.

  3. Reform voters: “Another mass stabbing. Something needs to be done”.

Everyone: “Shut up ya gammon. It’s who we are mate”.

  4. Oh no another mass stabbing….ahem….Slip inside the eye of your mind, don’t you know you find, a better place to play….

  5. 4% of UK is black. 20% of UK is not white. And 25% are not white British it’s not that hard to understand

  6. I was watching an advert for Smash last night and I suspect the percentage of Martians living in the UK is grossly over represented in adverts.

    To whom should I complain?

  7. “They’re taking our jobs” but also “they’re all on benefits” they make 0 sense

  8. Maybe they base it on market research and try to include other ethnic groups to sell their products? If they already know that white local population is aware of certain brand, they try to widen the audience to drive more sales.

Christ, people get upset over adverts that don’t represent them, fecking whiners. Get a life. Read a book. Go for a walk instead of growing your arse into your sofa.

  9. This type of person gleefully harmed the country with Brexit and now they’re determined to get ReformUK into power to finish the job.

They need sectioning. They’re a danger to themselves and those around them.

  10. Remember that 74.3% of all stats are made up on the spur of the moment. 😁🐿️💩

  11. Reform has 5 mps, how much coverage do they get? Not complaining about representation there, are they?

  12. Perception =/= reality.

I live in South London. I can count the number of Reform supporters I’ve met with fingers on one hand.

Most Reform voters appear to be in places that are 98% white.

If this issue was really real, and not make believe real, most of my neighbours would be Reform supporters.

  13. Replacement level migration, and commenting on disproportionate media representation are both legitimate concerns

  14. The irony of fascism. Always the strongest and most capable leaders, destined to rule by right and the only ones who can save you and your country from certain ruin. But also the most persecuted and suppressed group in society because of all those evil minority groups.

Insert the “if those kids could read they’d be very upset” meme here.

  15. Nice cherrypick. Reform are dominating the polls for a reason and are scheduled to win the next election by a landslide.

Immigration is not being properly addressed and that’s why many people are looking towards reform instead of other parties. Like it or not, its an issue that’s important to many people.

  16. Where does this 4% come from? Surely that’s just black people.

Once you include middle eastern/North African lumped into “Muslim” it’s more like 10%.

Now let’s short cut Hindu that’s another 1.6% so now we’re at ~12%.

  17. I absolutely do not agree with reform but this might be an example of goomba fallacy. Both opinions are still stupid though

  18. It’s fantastic to see how butthurt all you left wingers are getting about people voting reform

I come on here and just laugh at you all

It reminds me of Trump getting elected in 2016 and that blue haired liberal screaming “NOOOOOOOO!!”

    😂

  19. I’m more worried about how overrepresented they are in rape gangs and stabbings

  20. To be fair, the one on the right could support a better framed version of the one on the left… if they had a neuron each, and allowed them to form a synapse…

  21. Memes aside, isn’t the base issue (which we should probably address and discuss if we don’t want Reform to continue to lead the polls) that some people want to live in a multi-cultural society and some people want to live in a monoculture?

  22. Engaging so disingenuously like this with right wing viewpoints is why they just get more popular. Try to have some nuance.

    1. Immigration levels *have* become absurd in recent years. I find it hard to believe there are many that honestly don’t feel this. Alongside this, it has become increasingly obvious *certain* migrant communities do not integrate well at all into British society or our values and they are growing in influence rapidly. Does anyone actually disagree with those points? You may think the problem is *overblown* but that doesn’t mean it’s not a problem.

    2. Minorities *are* overrepresented significantly in advertising here. Again you may say there is no issue with that, sure. Clearly the reason the right have jumped on this is as a counter to the common progressive belief that minorities are *underrepresented* because our society is inherently racist. Our media is an example of that not being true – in fact quite the opposite, so will progressives now call for greater white representation? Doubt it.

I’m not saying I agree with these points but they do not contradict each other.

  23. I’ll clear it up.

81.7% of Brits are white… as of today. 4 in 5.

It’s plenty, but low enough to cause social friction. Crucially, the most deprived 10 % of English neighbourhoods experience roughly four to five times more recorded violent incidents than the least deprived 10 %.

These same areas tend to have higher ethnic-minority populations because of housing-cost pressures and historic migration patterns — which is why ethnicity is correlated.

Anyone bees to Bradford recently? Luton? Shitholes… and not because there’s too many white British people living there.

Mass immigration was the single biggest policy failure of our lifetimes. Just my take.

  24. Damn bro, it’s almost like they’re two different arguments.
Like how the most recent census puts white british as less than 50% of London. No one is contesting that.
And then that, specifically, black people are overrepresented in UK media and adverts. There’s plenty of studies on that one too, but it’s way too obvious in the white areas of the country that hood most of the Reform voters. For most of these people they might see one or two black people in their day to day life, but every other advert features a black or mixed character.
