Does anyone still buy calendars like this? It’s been over 15 years since I bought one. Once I bought my first smartphone, I never bothered with a physical calendar ever again.
Shops are too greedy. I’ve noticed asda reduce their going off bakery stuff down from £2.20 to £1.70 now even though it’s the end of the day and they will go in the bin. Maybe the staff do it then reduce everything to 10p a few minutes before they finish their shift to get all the cake haha.
It’s not about the Monet, Monet Monet
But if you’re Monets mum it’s priceless to you.
Not so much with this style of calendar but the big square ones are great for cutting out the pictures for frames.
I always thought that was why they didn’t decrease in price too much.

I reckon 50% of my year’s activities are in November and December. Seems like the correct percentage off per calander entry.
It’s like when there is only 3 out of 4 cans of beer in a damaged pack and they knock 20%off

In December 2014, I went to work one day to find my manager ecstatic that someone had brought not 1 but 2, 2014 calendars for 10p each that he had out on display all year around.
I later went home to my equally ecstatic mum, who had brought not 1 but 2 “bargain” 10p calendars, and had even used my discount card.
We make sure that she is reminded of this without fail every year when she buys her new calendar for the year.
Buy it so you can use it in 2031, 2042, 2053, 2059, 2070, 2081, 2087, 2098, 2110, and 2121.
