Typical Lux approach, put this under the rug and instead talk about how nice the new refugee center is. Ignoring reality because is not politically correct, sure way to autodestruction.
When I worked in a busy city ER I learned that most crime is not random. Also there is a whole range of stabbing/shootings. The facts are a stabbing occurred and it was not life threading. The person stabbed was able to ID the person who stabbed them (in other words, they knew their attacker). Violence happens everywhere and is in every social economic class. I don’t find the reporting odd…. But I also know that some things are swept under the rug here
