  2. The EU is watering down climate targets and plans, the US have fully checked out, Canada is backing off their (already inadequate) climate plans. China is vaguely moving in the right direction, but slowly and half-heartedly. The only possible positive is that some developing countries are kinda skipping the fossil fuel stage and going straight to solar.
