    That’s the fee for edited interviews, right?
    60 minutes’ network paid that much to Trump for lightly “editing” an interview with Kamala Harris.

    Trump still owes E. Jean Carroll 89.7 million dollars for sexual assault and multiple defamation charges (2023+2024). He keeps delaying paying by slow walking appeals.

  28. So he openly admits he doesn’t know who he pardoned, but he “heard” it was a Biden witch hunt. He flat out admits that he’s being manipulated. He’s admitting to being a fucking puppet. JFC. Such an absolute tool.

  30. I know it will never happen, but it would do so much for this country if ICE treated any public billionaire or Republican representatives the way they have treated people in Chicago, Portland and Los Angeles.

    And for this interview, I cannot help think the news people of the 50’s and 60’s had so much more courage than today.

    Aside from the softball questions, the real problem with this interview is the lack of context. Why not show ICE agents tackling teenagers and old women? Why not show them shooting clergy in the face with pepper balls? Why not show them tacking innocent passersby’s? Why not show them literally tearing families apart in places like elementary schools, or terrorizing neighborhoods like gangs? Why not show them manhandling democratic representatives who simply ask for warrants? Why not show them dragging a young man’s face across a paved street while choke holding him? Why not show them shoving old women down embankments, or tearing a woman’s clothes off as they drag her through the street?

    All of these things have happened and have video evidence. Why not show the viewers and Trump exactly what people in those cities and neighborhoods see daily and explain why this is so great for America? 

    Why didn’t those clips play? Because we do live in a country whose media is owned by billionaires. And in the case of CBS, Trump-supporting billionaires.

    Let us never forget that. Let us never forget that the people suffering was a very minor footnote to the wealthy. Let us never forget that when they had the chance to really show what is actually happening, they chose not to. Let’s never forget that a billion dollars is not enough for them. They ALWAYS want more.
