I recently bought this body kit from Kleinanzeigen, it comes only with this material certificate, I went to TUV and they said that I need to get it to a Gutachter, or contact the Hersteller, which is stratus neodesign, I can't find their contact online, nor any documents, they're sold by s-tuning, which also is a pain to contact, when I did contact them they said they're not the Hersteller, what should I do to register them without paying too much?

Its impossible to get a bodykit certified in your car registration without a proper Gutachten (Teilegutachten). Materialgutachten is nearly worthless.
Maybe this part has an ABE, if so, then you should find a KBA-xxx Number somewhere on the part.
A after market bodykit without proper certificate is mostly just garbage…
The cost of Teilegutachten is over 10t€ and you need at least 2 body kits, as these are destroyed during the tests. So it wont make sense.
Just put it on your wall or throw it in the garbage.
Or only drive with it on privat/non-public roads.
Get a Gutachten.
