Is this satire? Too offensive? For the country using slave labour
Nowhere does it say why anyone would find this offensive?
Be nice if the 6500 dead workers over there had as much attention in media as this absurd discussion about the song
It was just a report in the sun to get people riled up… In the same sense of “you can’t say happy Christmas anymore”. There’s no truth to it…. The right just WANT to be angry at something.
Lions ie the Crusades?
I think I found the offensive bit
>”And Nobby Dancing”
Dancing of course is considered *haram* by the more fundamentalist schools of Islam
Perhaps they can revert to the lesser played ’98 version which replaces the ’66 themed verses with a look at the ’98 squad
>”And Psycho screaming”
> A statement from the FA reads: “Contrary to reports this morning, The FA still plays Three Lions at major Wembley matches and has never had any intention of doing otherwise.
That much for it being removed.
I think we need to write a super offensive version of it then…
