1. that’s because Trump doesn’t understand cooperation. he only understands his own desires.

   he’s setting things up so that when Democrats gain power, which they inevitably will, since this country oscillates, they will be just as unyielding.

2. 3% got huge tax breaks. 97% need to pay for that.
