Real estate company Prisma Properties is prioritizing growth in Finland, aiming to build a critical mass necessary for effective management in the Finnish market. This was revealed by CEO Fredrik Mässing during an interview with Fråga Lous Kvartalet.
“Our goal is 100 million euros in the near term,” Mässing stated, adding, “Finland is our main focus this and the coming quarters.”
Prisma Properties operates across multiple segments and sees opportunities for relatively rapid expansion in the Finnish market. Currently, the most attractive acquisitions are found specifically in Finland, according to the company.
The company aims to double its property portfolio from 8 to 16 billion SEK before the end of 2028.
During the third quarter, net leasing amounted to 19 million SEK (compared to 12 million SEK in the previous period). This marks the eleventh consecutive quarter of positive net leasing, Mässing pointed out.
“This is primarily driven by new agreements in Denmark,” he elaborated.
