1. This happens every few months, and somehow they haven’t learned. Either side btw – at least a couple of times a year Russians also get a little surprise at one of these events.

2. Why dont they just ban this sort of congregation?

4. Either someone is tipping the Russians off or the Russians have a huge number of observational drones. I think the former has a higher probability. Time for a little spreading of false info to find the leaks.
