If Putin accepted Finland’s neutrality, then why does the Russian airforce regularly intrude on Finnish airspace to test the response, why does the Russian navy intrude on Finnish territorial waters, why did Russian authorities bring illegal migrants all the way to the Finnish borders and force them to cross?
Putin’s actions tell the opposite. The invasion of Ukraine shows that maintaining neutrality is riskier.
Note: Finland isn’t neutral since 1995. That is Russian rethoric.
