5. I can see why they lost it. To often you just get stupid workers. And i likely would have done the same thing if they demanded i empty the trolley. That,s just poor customer service.

    Can’t imagine getting paid slightly above minimum wage and have to deal with bullshit like this. I understand the idea of “I’m sick, so I’m just putting one item at the till to make it easier” but there’s a way to go about it, and telling a minimum wage worker to get glasses is not it.

    If he had simply explained the issue on why they don’t want to lift everything on to the conveyor belt they probably would have helped them out.

    Instead he told them the cashier to go too specsavers and then swore at security 🤣
