  1. Claims they aren’t realistic….. They wasn’t realistic in 2024 either when he made those pledges.

  2. > He said: “I think we’ve just proposed the biggest benefit cuts you’ve probably ever heard any government do. And I will make this absolute promise: we will substantially cut the benefits bill. We will reduce the size of the public sector.”

Well well well. Where’s the media attention on this? Headlines should be blasted everywhere that Farage wants to kill disabled people, just like they did for Labour. Labour planned cutting down some PIP categories and even after backing down *still to this day* get dragged for it. Where’s the outrage on Reform?

  3. I’d offer each and every voter £1mil and blame the cost of public toilets in Basingstoke when he wins.

  4. Labour are abandoning plans for no tax rises.

People promise a lot about taxes, then realise spending keeps going up.

  5. Not like this matters for his fanbase, they only care about one thing, they are blind to everything else. Reform could put their tax through the roof and Farage could still convince them they are poor and unable to buy a home because of foreigners.

  6. Feels like they’re testing the public.

How fucking ridiculous can Reform be and still see number go up.

  7. He’s promised the moon and all he’s going to deliver is a wheel of cheese… With bites already taken out of it.. and still some people will cheer him.

  8. If anyone believes this then there is no hope for them, another day in the life of the ultimate grifter telling the public what they want to hear and when they vote for him he’ll happily put the you know what in their backs and twist it with a smile on his face.

  9. Not even elected and already going back on promises, imagine what he’d do in office!

  10. The difference is that he’s not in power. Unlike Labour who promised not to raise taxes while not in power, then changed their mind once they were. Also [Reeves stated](https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cx2ny044mvdo) that the last budget had fixed things and she wouldn’t need to come back for more. Maybe she needs a new calculator?

  11. Probably realised he’d fuck his own supporters.
Doubt it will move the dial, they still want to get the foreigners.

  12. Hahaha, what will the “I’m not racist, I’m voting for Reform to lower taxes” brigade say now?
