So basically, nothing is changing… We already had a “lockdown” as in you couldn’t go to restaurants and such without proof of vaccination or a test etc. But in my experience, a lot of places don’t check, or if they do check, they maybe glance at your QR code but don’t verify. They don’t force you to give out your information for contact tracing. Unless they stick to their word and actually regularly control establishments to make sure they are compliant, these are just empty threats.
They say you can’t leave the home unless you are vaccinated, with exceptions like going to the supermarket or the doctor. But even if a police officer were to stop you on the street and ask for your proof of vaccination, and you didn’t have one, unless you’re stupid and give yourself away, what are they going to do? You just say you’re going to the supermarket or the doctor.
