I don’t see the conflict. The luxury house sector is very seperate and a different issue. Such articles are usually puff pieces, but its light entertainment and gives people interior design and garden ideas. There is an idea that newspapers get too much money from estate agents, but I don’t know if that is the case.

I went past anger with the landlord parties after they bailed out the banks. Every parent who voted ffg after that can not complain about their kids not being able to afford to move out.

They might seem linked but in many ways they’re not, housing shortages lead to ridiculous house prices but a palatial house in Howth is always going to be multiples of what someone with a regular income can afford
