Hello, I searched wiki for the info im looking for.
I found a good website ([Grandschule](https://www.duesseldorf.de/nc/schulen/uebersicht-nach-themen-von-a-z/schulen-in-duesseldorf/grundschulen.html?tx_itkschulwegweiser_itkschulwegweiser%5Bcontroller%5D=Schule&cHash=010a361a1cd3ff8883f2de8c4fc9e0bb)) which shows where Grundschule are located in Düsseldorf. I wanted to ask if it is possible to get admission now for school year that starts in August 2022 with such short duration. My son does’t know much German but we would like to put him in public school so he learns German.

How old is he? If you live long term in germany it is not your choice to put him in school or not.
Call up the schools nearest to where you live and ask them.
Will he be six years old in September?
It most probably will be one of the two/three nearest.
