  1. Chciałabym móc je gdzieś kupić, nie ma drugich tak wytrzymałych szklanek. Wszystkie, które widziałam w sklepach są z tak cienkiego szkła, że strach w ręce trzymać.

  2. Babcia’s Kompot glass. Even as a foreigner I know the rules

  3. To explore this iceberg a bit deeper – remember those tin baskets/holders for teacups?

What was even the point of those – now you need to make all cups the same size to flex the fancy basket?

On the other hand I imagine it was probably cheaper to produce cups without handles.

  4. lol! My grandparents had so many of these. And now my parents are just passing them down to us

  5. I also have some small ones in Romania, but they sadly break easily 🙁 Arcoroc is the manufacturer, I believe.

  6. Brit here – plenty of these at our house in Poland, however, they somehow seemed to spawn in our home in the UK too, same colour too, but also, 2 orange ones spawned. (Maybe a glitch as they spawned in wrong country)

  7. Można takie fdzieś kupić jeszcze wogule, czy to są te zrobione z tego niezniszczalnego szkła z NRD?

  8. If you call this cumpot glass to be funny you’ll be stoned with these

  9. Tea with a slice of lemon and couple spoons of sugar on a cold winter evening at grandmas house as a kid.

  10. That’s actually impossible – (Drinking tea from one as I type)

  11. “jeśli twój lakier, ale nigdy nie piłeś z tego kubka..”? Nie rozumiem..?

  12. To są szklanki firmy arcoroc. Reklamowane jako niezniszczalne.

  13. For every sock lost in washing machine, this glass spawns in your kitchen

  14. In post soviet Ukraine it was very prestigious to have that, those were from Luminarc. Having those meant that one of your relatives had a possibility to visit western countries like Poland or Germany. “You know, they are non breakable!” – said they, but no one ever checked, cause it was too expensive.

  15. Hey i still have this one!Is it mean i am secretly polish?

  16. I’m Ukrainian and I drank from that type of glass several times

  17. Arcoroc. Nietłukące. They don’t break, so there’s no way you can get rid of them. You wouldn’t call yourself a Pole if you threw a good cup into a trash bin, would you?

  18. Ahhh, all the receipts with “cup of” mentions this cup without saying that You should know what cup is to be used.

  19. Im Portuguese and my grandmother and some of my aunts had this glass
    I guess r/Portugalcykablyat
