1. There are some [newspaper stories](https://www.irishmirror.ie/news/irish-news/politics/cost-living-activists-march-dail-26885341) on this, but not from approved newspapers.

   This should be spread far and wide, even if people aren’t 100% on board with COLC’s focus – people need to treat this as much as a housing/rental specific protest.

2. Tell everyone you know. We can force action on the cost of living if we get feet on the street.

   Our series of protests starts with a Rally at the Dáil 1pm May 19th followed by a national protest Saturday June 18th.

   AND STOP WITH THE MIDWEEK PROTESTS…we’re not all politicians or union reps ffs

5. I would like details of what specific actions the protest organisers want. “Fix cost of living” not being an actual answer to that, I want the specific solutions.

6. What are the specific measures this group wants the government to take?

7. Another excuse for toe rags to join forces to annoy and provoke ? Obviously not all people involved be like that. There is no simple fix to a worldwide problem unless the creators have some great ideas?

14. I’m all up for this – think it would be great if something was organised in each county’s main town. Who’s in charge of this stuff and who can actually organise it? Any political/charity groups? We need to start making some noise!

17. A protest on a week day.. itll only attract the types the government pay no attention to anyway. The people who are the biggest victims of this are all in work
