1. Probably full of mistakes or not showing the better of two cheese in the same region, but what map doesn’t.

5. Hold on, is cheddar English or Cymry? 🤔 I only know it came out of Britain, but I can’t quite tell where it’s meant to be placed from the map.

11. If you ever come to Poland you **have to** try oscypek. It’s magnificent.

12. What the hell is rögös túró? Hungary has a somewhat solid cottage cheese. Essentially nothing to do with cheese.

14. I like the way how “Aura” is a thing in Finland. It really is just a branded name for finnish bluecheese

21. Funny how Moldova’s cheese is “Cow cheese” = “Branza de vaca”. I’m no expert on cheese or the Republic of Moldova, but I’m sure they’ve got their own brand of cheese.
