Locally produced honey is so much better than the mass produced stuff you get in big supermarkets. I am in the UK and my local honey shop has honeys with so many different flavours just by exposing the hives to different flowers. I’d love to try Norwegian honey!
I am going on vacation in July. I will make sure to try it. Honey tastes different depending on the flowers. Thanks for the tip
