Same thing as having a bit of weed on you apparently. Causing somebody to die by driving your vehicle over them and fleeing the scene is the same as carrying a plant around to the justice system.

Twenty quid worth of weed getting all the way to court, tying up the gardai and court time seems like such a waste of resources.
