That’s my father in law. The man eats garlic for dessert
How else are we supposed to keep the vampires away?
Ask her about “păstai cu mămăligă”.
Garlic? Mujdei de usturoi sounds sexier
Dupa ce am dat azi 12 lei pe 3 rosii si 3 castraveti ma gandesc si eu serios sa trec pe usturoi..
Sir, we’re vampires, the garlic kills us
Romanian on Duolingo is an adventure in itself
Garlic? I confirme.
Because vampires
MUJDEI CU MUJDEI PE MUJDEI
Mujdei
I like garlic a lot, but never for breakfast.
When you master the language a little bit, tell her that “sarmaua este un mititel infasetel” . (basically means that a “sarma” is a wrapped “mici” but also it’s a shout out to a Jesus Christ Christmas song).
Mananca, da-l in plm, sa vwzi cum se simte la 8 in STB
I feel proud to be a Romanian, seeing people trying to learn our language.
Good luck with the hard parts of the grammar tho, in case you care about it too.
One of my favorites is: Glezna bărbatului este plină de muștar
I know they are supposed to be silly and fun, but this one really stretches my brain
I didn’t even know you could learn Romanian on duolingo, goodluck and never miss a day. The bird doesn’t forget.
That is incorrect tho. That implies the only thing the man eats for breakfast is garlic, whereas the romanian part basically says the man’s breakfast includes garlic.
