Erika Kirk had fans heartbroken after she labeled JD Vance a during her appearance on Fox News.
It’s been less than two months since Charlie Kirk was assassinated and Erika lost her husband. On Wednesday, Sept. 10, the conservation activist had just begun a speech at Utah Valley University when he was fatally shot by sniper Tyler Robinson. He was initially hospitalized in critical condition but ultimately died from the wound.
Now, Erika is finally ready to open up about the devastating event, joining Jesse Watters to talk about life, loss and faith.
During the Wednesday, Nov. 5 segment, she admitted JD Vance has been there for her.
“Introducing the Vice President tonight, JV Vance, he’s really been there for you,” Watters said.
Charlie first met Erika back in 2018 when the two met at a Turning Point USA office opening. The two bonded over their shared passion for conservative activism.
While speaking on a panel in 2024, the influencer admitted he “knew almost immediately” that she was “the one.” He then recalled the first moment they had met, comparing it to “an interview.”
Three years after their initial meeting, Charlie and Erika tied the knot during a private and “very intimate” ceremony in Scottsdale, Ariz. They welcomed two kids during their marriage.
