6. This guy is a disaster for Trump. He got several of the Justices thinking, “If we allow Trump to do this, a future (Democrat) president could declare a 50% estate tax in an ’emergency'”

8. Tariffs are over, they were over as soon as Trump got on his plane leaving the Xi meeting. Xi told him to get fucked properly. There is no alternative at the moment, the US must continue trading with China. They let Trump see the election outcomes, and now they will give him an easy out for stopping the tariffs.
