Systematic elimination of Russian troops ongoing — Zelenskyy on situation in Ukraine’s Pokrovsk

1. Eliminate all Russian maggots that are trespassing, love to hear it.

3. Ukraine is doing some sacral mission here on earth for which they didn’t ask

4. Cool and all, I just hope they don’t end up sacrificing their marines and paratroopers by not pulling them out in time.

5. Given that the majority of this conflict has been Russia going all out, death match, for a reasonablely small city/large town at most, over the course of months and even a year or two, for insane losses for little gains….

   Even if Ukraine loses this, hardly a victory for Russia. But imagine the shock if Russia couldn’t take the city. We should theoretically hit a point that no matter what, they can’t take anything/ hold it for long. That day should be not a matter of if, but when.

6. I am worried. Not worried about Ukraine losing Pokrovsk. Worried Ukraine is doing something stupid or tragically expensive here. Picking the wrong battle.

   Then again I am hopeful, that Zelensky has correct situational status and knows what he is talking about, and is not giving false hope.

7. How long are they now busy trying to take Pokrovsk? 1.5 year or somehing. The city is small, only 60.000 people.
   It is a discrace for Russia they did not take it and massive for Ukraine that they can hold it with the odds of 8 to 1 in manpower.
   And if russia gets it (hope not) they will cerebrale it as a one of the biggest wins in the war 😂

8. Need to target ew and drone operators so Ukrainian artillery can be brought back up. More of everything is needed in Ukraine.
